A broad ranging role working both pre and post contract for a busy main contracting firm
Our client is a leading Auckland based commercial construction company. They have a proven track record of successfully delivering new projects up to $50million across the education, industrial and retail sectors.

With an ever increasing focus on building services within their projects, they are now seeking to recruit an additional Building Services Coordinator to join their team.

The role will be varied and involve working both pre and post contract. Duties will include working within project teams and managing the building services element of site operations, assisting the Estimating Manager with new tender proposals, assessing subcontractors documents and project planning.

This position will suit someone from either a mechanical or electrical background. We are particularly interested in candidates who have extensive experience working within similar major construction companies or large subcontractors. The role will also require excellent communication skills and a candidate who enjoys delivering quality, detailed work within strict time deadlines.
