We’re delighted to welcome Nikki Genders to the role of Candidate Manager at Allerton Recruitment.

Nikki’s role is focused solely on candidates. She’ll be a first point of contact for all new applicants and the friendly voice that keeps everyone up to date with the latest employment opportunities.

Originally from the UK, Nikki moved to New Zealand in 2011. She lived in Auckland before moving south to set up a permanent base in Christchurch where she worked as Project Coordinator for a specialist civil engineering company.

Nikki was a front line UK police office for more than eight years, a role that gave her an excellent grounding in effective communication. By asking the right questions, she’ll make sure she finds the best role to match your skills!

Outside work she enjoys the laid back, family-oriented lifestyle centred around Canterbury’s beaches and mountains and is regularly out tramping, cycling and surfing.
