How we work for you

Allerton Recruitment was founded in Auckland in 2011, and now works with clients nationwide. We have relationships with most of the large and medium sized construction companies, major specialist contractors and key civil engineering businesses throughout New Zealand. Our strategic partnerships enable us to target employers that suit candidates’ specific career aspirations and skills.

The advantage of working with the team at Allerton Recruitment is our focus on listening to candidates to gain a detailed understanding of their goals, both on a professional and personal level, and we work closely with construction and engineering companies to understand their precise staffing needs. This puts us in the best possible position to match suitably qualified candidates with roles that help them achieve these goals and find the quality of life they are looking for.

Our efficient recruitment processes help candidates looking for work in a range of roles in the construction and engineering sectors such as project managers, site managers, project engineers, quantity surveyors, civil engineers, building services managers, health and safety managers and senior management staff.

Working at a national level, we have contacts throughout the country, providing us the ability to place candidates anywhere in New Zealand, including: Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Queenstown and other smaller cities and towns in both the North Island and South Island.
