Our client is a leading Auckland based construction company who specialise in the delivery of medium and major commercial building projects. Working on a design and build basis, they have a wide range of customers and carryout work in the retail, industrial, education and leisure sectors.

With an increase in demand for their services, our client is now recruiting for the role of Design Manager to join their existing team.

This is a hands on position and will suit someone with practical experience of delivering major construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the in-house design teams and liaising with external consultants, working closely with customers to provide suitable and cost effective solutions, have input on site activities to ensure targets are met and have overall responsiblity for design documentation.
