A strategic position within an established major construction firm
Our client is a leading construction firm who works on a nationwide basis. They specialise in providing Design & Build and Construction solutions across the commercial, industrial and public sectors. With turn-over in excess of $100million, they are an established company and pride themselves on providing a creative and professional approach to business.

They are now seeking to recruit a General Manager to lead their Auckland regional office. This role is of strategic importance within the company and will report directly to the Managing Director. Our client has been present in the Auckland market for over 15 years and this role therefore requires someone who can build on existing relationships and the in-house expertise, as well as developing a portfolio of new work.

In addition, key responsibilities will include business development, the management of construction operations (including design management and on site activities), financial management for the region, and the ongoing development and recruitment of staff.
