A Strategic role with the potential for company equity
Our client is a leading provider of construction and demolition solutions. Over the past 12months they have successfully broadened their customer base within the Canterbury region.

With a small project team in place, they are now seeking applications for the role of General Manager to oversee both the construction and demolition divisions. This is a strategic role within the organisation and the successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director.

As General Manager you will manage the site based project managers and quantity surveyors; be responsible for business development, staff training and recruitment; as well as office and business management.

We expect suitable candidates to have experience in a similar management position within a contracting business. Although applications from established Project, Contracts Managers or Senior Quantity Surveyors who are keen to take the next step forward in their career will also be considered.

Our client is keen to secure the services of a driven and committed individual. In return, there will be a competitive salary + vehicle + profit share bonus and a longer term option for company equity.
