A leading construction firm requires an individual with specialist knowledge and expertise in leaky buildings and waterproofing.
Our client is a leading property services company who are an established contractor in the Auckland construction sector. They work across all facets of the commercial construction industry [sector] and carry out projects ranging from minor refurbishments to major new developments. They also have a strong forward order book working on leaky buildings and have [a]recently secured a long term contract in Central Auckland.

This new contract requires an additional Site Manager and we are currently seeking applications from candidates with specialist waterproofing experience.

The role will be reporting to a site based Project Manager and will involve controlling all site activities ranging from supervising subcontractors to liaising with external consultants. Our client has an excellent record of providing safe, cost effective and timely solutions and we are particularly keen to hear from candidates who can exceed the given safety and quality standards. This role will also require someone who can liaise directly with tenants in a professional manner.
