The skills, experience and attributes we’d be keen to see, would include a mixture of the following:

• Tertiary qualifications or extensive relevant experience
• 4 – 5 Plus years commercial Java and web application development experience with a focus across HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, AJAX and JavaScript   
• Java based web frameworks – J2EE, Hibernate, Google Web Toolkit, Spring MVC, Struts, etc
• Solid back end development experience with UI
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies  
• Test Driven Development  
• Multi-platform skills (Linux/ Windows)
• Experience with Web Services and integration
• Team players with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to lead and work autonomously
