A new role within one of New Zealand’s largest civil engineering businesses
Our client is a leading provider of civil engineering solutions throughout New Zealand. Typically they specialise in piling, foundations, marine works, pipelines and water treatment plants. With a busy forward workload in the Auckland region, our client is now in a position to recruit 2 Site Engineers to join their existing team.
With a varied workload and project sizes ranging from $100k to $25million, we are seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates, who are equally comfortable working on a major projects as part of a large team or running several smaller schemes autonomously on a remote basis. Other responsiblilities will include-
- Providing primary engineering control
- Supervising subcontractors
- Producing QA paperwork
- keeping accurate health and safety records
- liaising with external consultants and clients
- Ensuring site operations run in a safe, cost effective way and meet the agreed timescales
