A new opportunity with a Tier 1 contractor
Our client is one of New Zealand’s largest construction firms. They have an established network of offices throughout the country from where they carry out major projects in the commercial building sector. Due to an increase in their workload, they are now recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Auckland regional business.
The role will be varied and involve being responsible for the commercial element on medium and major industrial, retail and education projects. There will also be pre-contract duties helping prepare tenders and securing work.
Suitable candidates for this role will be degree qualified, able to demonstrate long service within major construction firms and possess excellent communication skills.
In return our client is offering a competitive salary of between $100k & $110k, a company vehicle.
