Due to growth and increased demand for their services, they are now looking for two consultants, a Sage X3 ERP Consultant and a Sage CRM Consultant or Developer, to join their professional team and to take responsibility for implementing and supporting Sage X3 ERP and Sage CRM software solutions to their customers.
The role will involve working with new and existing customers, building strong relationships and providing a high level of customer service. You’ll also be involved with solution design and configuration, testing, data conversion, training and providing go live support. You’ll also provide estimates, project scope documents and will be responsible for the project management of the implementations.
In order to be considered for either of these 2 positions, you’ll need the following skills, experience and attributes depending on whether you’re expertise is with Sage X3 ERP or Sage CRM:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- At least 3+ years commercial experience implementing and supporting Sage X3 Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing or Sage CRM
- Microsoft SQL Server experience
- Crystal Reports
- X3 Financial Reporter experience
- Knowledge of workflows, customisation, Microsoft SQL Server, Sage Accpac, basic JavaScript
- Sage CRM Developers are also encouraged to apply with JavaScript and .Net C# experience
